who I am ?

I didn’t just move to Mexico. I built a life here.
I’m originally from the Czech Republic, and I moved to Mexico 13 years ago after marrying a Mexican. But Mexico wasn’t my first experience starting over in a new country. I have also lived in Spain and lived and studied in the United States.
Today, Mexico is home. I’m raising my two children here, and over the years I’ve experienced firsthand what it really means to adapt to a new country — not just as an expat, but as a wife, a mother, a professional, and eventually, a Mexican citizen.
I know that relocating is about much more than finding a house.
It’s figuring out which neighborhood feels right. Finding the right school for your children. Understanding a different culture and way of doing things. Getting used to the food, the language and everyday life. Opening a bank account, dealing with immigration and tax procedures, understanding local paperwork — and sometimes simply knowing who to call when you don’t know what to do next.
That’s where I can help.
As a real estate professional and relocation advisor based in Querétaro, I can help you find your new home while also guiding you through the practical side of establishing your life in Mexico.
We can explore the city together, compare neighborhoods and schools, find a property that fits your lifestyle, and work through the different procedures and services you may need to settle in.
But perhaps the most important thing I can offer you is something that can’t be learned from a manual:
I’ve been where you are.
I know what it feels like to arrive in a country that isn’t yours and slowly make it home.
My goal is to make that transition easier for you — and to help you start enjoying Mexico sooner.
